The matters pertained to their disputes with the landlords relating to the office premises taken on rent, suits for recovery including a summary suit under Order XXXVII of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, Criminal Complaints under the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 for prosecution for dishonour of cheques, trade mark suits seeking permanent and mandatory injunction against misuse of the trade mark by licensee post termination of the license agreement with them amongst others. The firm while acting for an Indian Companyand its subsidiary in the United Kingdom from the IT Sector has recently served legal notice on a Singapore based IT company for recovery of its debts in collaboration with a well-known Singapore Law Firm, Bird & Bird.
